Please carefully read the information below before completing the form
Use two forms if requesting tuition on two different instruments or for two different children.
Please do consider a child’s total ability to manage learning (and daily practice!) on two instruments. It is BEST to play one instrument very well rather than two at a low standard.
You do not need to fill in a fresh application when pupils move up from the Preparatory School to the Senior School, (unless you would like to request a change of teacher), as lessons will automatically continue.
