Legally Blonde: The Musical

Congratulations to everyone involved in the ‘Legally Blonde’ project! Over three nights, around 100 pupils from across all year groups lit up the Burgess Hall stage with a fantastic production that, as you would expect, was very pink!

Adapted from the original Movie, ‘Legally Blonde: The Musical’ follows the story of Elle Woods, an unlikely Harvard law student. With hard work and encouragement, she becomes one the highest achieving in her class. It is a story that reminds us never to underestimate our own potential. Some of the most famous songs from the show are ‘What You Want’, ‘Whipped Into Shape’ and ‘Bend and Snap’.

Staging a production of this scale is an enormous challenge. The talent, dedication and enthusiasm of students in the cast, band and crew made sure that this was another production to remember. Many members of staff volunteered their time to make it all happen and so a huge thank you to them all as well.
