Please complete the Application Form below giving details of both parents with legal parental responsibility and both addresses (if different). Parental responsibility is defined by the Children Act 1989. If you have any doubt about whether you have parental responsibility, you may wish to seek legal advice.
Application fee
Once you have completed your application form, we require a non-refundable application fee of £90 incl VAT. This can be paid via the link below or please contact our Admissions Team on 024 7627 1190 if you would like to pay via bank transfer.
