This week’s whole school assembly was led by Mr. Rendle and his inspiring friend Rob Smith MBE. Mr. Smith suffered a life changing injury but did not let that stop his ambition and since then he has competed in wheelchair racing and held all the records from 100m to marathon in the T52 category. Also he has set up an award winning business called ‘Active Hands’, who provide gripping aids to those who need it. He is a true role-model and a perfect example of not letting anything hinder your ambition. #ambition #KHVIIISpark
